Mr Morphew talked to us in more detail about Persistence.
5 steps towards Persistence are:
1. Expect your friends to get it wrong sometimes
2. Admit to your part of the problem (this is a massive step towards resolution)
3. Don't fall into "she always trap...."
4. Take it one day at a time
5. Get help when you need it
We sang "Hello everybody song" in high/low voices and then used our singing voices.
We played different games to songs and recognised the beat and the rhythm. We sang "Baby Beluga" and picked out the amount of "rest" stops in the song. There were quite a few. We picked out the chorus to the song and now know that this is a group of words that are repeated in a song.
BIG SPACE TIME
After music we came back and some of us did our project work with Miss McKendry and Miss Jeong and Mrs Abfalter took a group for some number practice. The rest of us did developmental play in the Bigspace.
During developmental play some of us explored the crystals that we made with Annie Martin. They have started to grow. We used the magnifying glass to look at the crystals up close.
